Q. Do I have to sign for my parcel when it arrives?
A. No. Pretty Pink Pearl has done our best to make sure your package will fit through your letterbox to cause you the least inconvenience. We all hate going to the sorting office to pick up the mail but sometimes it is necessary.

A. Upon placing your order Pretty Pink Pearl will send a confirmation e-mail to you. A member of Pretty Pink Pearl 's online service team then checks your order and delivery information to make sure that it is correct. Your order is then picked and packed ready to be sent out to you.
