Delivery
Delivery is free for customers resident in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses only. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland shall be charged at the same rate as Zone 1 – Europe.
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3pm the same day. Your goods should be delivered to you within 3-5 working days, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Orders placed later than 3pm, at weekends or bank holidays may take slightly longer to arrive with you.
International Orders
There is a delivery surcharge on all international orders. This charge will be added automatically at checkout. Zone 1 - Europe (£3.45) and Zone 2 – Rest of the World (£4.95)
Your country may also charge import duty and/or tax, and as the buyer (or importer) you are responsible for paying any of these additional costs. These are outside our control and do very from country to country. You will be able to gain information about any additional charges by contacting your customs office.
Packaging
All of our garments come packaged in acid free tissue paper and a recycled cardboard box made to fit through most letterboxes.
Each box has been discreetly embossed with the Pretty Pink Pearl Logo. Ideal for sending as a gift.
